Tal Winer has been practicing immigration law since 2006. He began his career as an attorney with Americans for Immigrant Justice (formerly the Florida Immigrant Advocacy Center) and today practices on his own.
Tal Winer studied law at the Fordham University School of Law in New York City where he was accepted to the prestigious Stein Scholars program of the Stein Center for Ethics and Public Interest Law and was awarded the Archibald Murray Public Service Award, summa cum laude, for providing over 1000 hours of pro-bono legal services.
Tal Winer is licensed to practice law by the State Bars of Florida & Washington D.C. and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Tal speaks Spanish and Hebrew.
Tal Winer represents clients exclusively in matters of federal immigration law, specializing in removal (deportation) proceedings before the immigration court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, in addition to applications for permanent residence (greencards), naturalization (citizenship) and all other family and humanitarian matters before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
